Todd stands for:
- An immediate end to the wars and occupations
in the Middle East; bring the troops and tax dollars home now.
- The creation of a democratically accountable government
by banning all private campaign donations and defining a person as a person, NOT a corporation.
- Real health care reform
by eliminating the source of our problems- private health insurance. Health care is NOT a commodity, it is a necessity.
- Jobs programs
that create worker-owned and operated businesses to address our nations ailing infrastructure, our non-existent public transit system and clean energy alternatives.
- Progressive tax policies
that return the burden back to corporations and the super-rich, not the working person. Tax Wall Street Casino transactions not small property owners and consumers.
- Federal labor and environmental standards
that apply to all imports. Large corporations choose to outsource jobs because they make more profit by manufacturing in countries that lack labor and environmental standards, and then importing these often sub-standard products back to us for purchase.
